Its convenient location allows its guests to easily reach the most important attractions of the city, such as Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square, thanks also to its proximity to the public transport services.
Accessible by a staircase, this modern 90 m² apartment enjoys a breathtaking 360° view over Venice’s rooftops thanks to a terrace along the entire flat. Ca' Maddalena is a family newly renovated apartment composed of both a master bedroom and a room featuring a single and a bunk bed. The apartment also has a spacious and luminous living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a small laundry area, a bathroom with shower and another one with whirlpool bath.
